The first three weeks of school

The first three weeks of school was quite challenging for me. In my previous classes all my assignments were hand written. This semester was different. I had to learn how to type my assignments and send it to a drop box, which I was not familiar with.

In my Enc1101 class, I come to realize that I need to focus on managing my time so that I can meet deadlines on assignments. My professor has taught me a lot. I’ve learned about precise, blogs, and how to write summaries on passages we’ve read.

Computers are not my strong point, but I am in a computer class and I like it and I am learning a lot. My computer class has taught me the basics of a computer and software, which I think will be very useful in the society we live in today.

It’s been complicated adjusting to my new classes but I am starting to get the hang of everything.

It’s kind of hard preparing my day for my 9:30am class because I’m usually up really late completing homework assignments. I thought scheduling my classes on Tuesday and Thursday’s, I would have more free time but it didn’t. I spend majority of my free time working on assignments. When all of my assignments are finished I spend an hour playing basketball.

I usually submit my assignments right before they are due, which really isn’t a good thing. I keep telling myself to get my work done and submit it early instead I procrastinate. I know I have to better if I want to succeed.

The first three weeks of school I have learned a lot. I realized that organization and time management is the key to my success. What I thought was important really wasn’t. I have to do better and I will do better.
